2. Our Services

The Shortlist DXB offers:

• Ready-made guides — digital PDF documents delivered on purchase
• Bespoke research services — custom reports quoted and agreed in advance

3. Purchases & Payment

All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams). Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Ready-made guides are delivered digitally upon successful payment. Bespoke research projects are invoiced separately and begin only once scope and pricing have been agreed.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products:

• Ready-made guides — all sales are final once the guide has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
• Bespoke projects — if you cancel before work has commenced, a full refund will be issued. Partial refunds may apply if work is already underway, at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All guides, reports, and content produced by The Shortlist DXB are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share our content without prior written permission.
